What the site shows

Every name, number, vote, and bill on this site comes from an official register — the Knesset or the Central Elections Committee — not from anything visitors submit. No signup, login, or personal details are required to browse the site or use the matching game — signing in is optional, not required.

Your matching-game votes

When you vote on a bill as if you were an MK, by default that vote is saved only in your browser (localStorage) and not sent to a server unless you share your result or sign in to an account (see below). Clearing your browser data, or switching device, erases it too — unless you signed in.

Sharing your result

When you tap share, an anonymous copy of the votes in the link — which bill, for or against — and the date are stored on the server so the link can be short. No name, account, IP address or cookie is stored, and nothing in the record says who shared it; anyone who opens the link sees those votes and the match computed from them. Viewing your results without sharing stores nothing.

Signing in with an account

Signing in (with Google or email) is optional. If you choose to, the votes you cast are saved on our server and linked to your email address, so they're available on every device you sign into — that is all that is stored, nothing more. We treat this data as sensitive (a political position) and never share it with anyone outside this site. You can view, change, or cancel your saved votes at any time from "My account," and from that same page download a copy of everything the account holds or delete the account outright — deleting removes both the votes and the account itself, and cannot be undone. You can also authorize an AI app (like Claude) to see and change those same votes on your behalf — that access is limited to votes only, and you can see which apps are connected and disconnect them on the same page. Analytics cookies

With your consent only, the site loads Microsoft Clarity — a tool that produces anonymous heatmaps and session recordings to help improve the site. It sets cookies (_clck, _clsk) and does not load at all until you accept. The voting pages themselves (the matching game and the match ranking) are always excluded from recording, even after you accept, because your vote there is a political position.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

Separately, the site counts page views with a statistics tool run on our own server (Umami). It sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you: only which page was opened and which site you came from. On the voting pages it sees that the page was opened, not how you voted.
